Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Green Gulf International / Green International to advance your knowledge and enhance your career. We are dedicated to providing you with the best learning experience. Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully to ensure a smooth and collaborative learning environment. Attendance and Enrollment
1.1 Attendance Requirement
- Minimum Attendance: Students must attend at least 80% of the course sessions to be eligible for the course completion certificate.
- Re-enrollment Option: If you do not meet the attendance requirement, you may re-enroll in the course within 12 months, subject to availability and batch allocation.
1.2 Enrollment Status
- Enrollment Validity: If you pay the enrollment fee but do not start or complete the course within six months, your enrollment will be canceled. You will need to re-enroll to continue with the course.
Course Completion Certificate
2.1 Certificate Eligibility
- Minimum Score: To receive the course completion certificate, students must achieve a minimum score of 70% on the internal assessment test.
- Issuance Timeframe: Certificates will be issued within 7 business days upon satisfactory course completion.
- Courier Services: Certificate delivery via courier is available upon request, with charges borne by the student.
- Retention and Reprint: Certificates will be retained for up to 12 months from the date of issue. Requests for reprints of lost or unclaimed certificates will incur a fee of 10% of the course fee.
- Personal Information: Ensure all personal information provided is accurate to receive your certificate.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Course Rescheduling or Cancellation
- Rescheduling: Green Intl reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to practical concerns, insufficient enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances. No refund will be provided for course fees in such cases.
3.2 Refunds for Unsatisfactory Training
- Request Process: If dissatisfied with the trainer or resources, students may request a 100% refund within 3 hours of the training session, provided at least 80% of participants agree.
3.3 Non-Refundable Registration Fee
- Fee Policy: The registration fee is non-refundable if you cancel enrollment before or after the training begins.
3.4 Refunds for Corporate Payments
- Corporate Refunds: Refunds for payments made by companies will be issued to the company, not to individuals.
3.5 Withdrawal and Discontinuation
- Discontinuation: If you choose to discontinue services, please leave all communication groups and notify management of your decision.
3.6 Refunds after Receiving Course Materials
- Material Receipt: If you withdraw after receiving course materials (in any format), 50% of the course fee plus QAR 500 registration fee will not be refunded.
3.7 Refunds for Easy Payment Plans
- Payment Plans: Refunds for payments made through easy payment plans will be processed after the payment plan period if the refund is approved.
Training Delivery
4.1 Changes in Training
- Modifications: Green Intl reserves the right to change trainers, course content, or deliverables without prior notice to enhance the quality of the course.
4.2 Exclusions
- Lunch: Lunch is not included in the course fee and is the participant’s responsibility.
- Training Recordings: Training recordings will not be provided after the training session.
Feedback
5.1 Feedback and Complaints
- Communication: Any issues should be reported to training@greenintl.net. If unresolved satisfactorily, you may post feedback on social media, but refrain from using representatives’ names. Inaccurate or personal feedback may lead to legal action by Green Intl.
Non-Starter Policy
6.1 Refund Policy
- No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for individuals who have not started training. We can issue a refund if they have a genuine reason. You may reschedule and attend within one year from the original course date. Rescheduling and refunds will not be available after this period.
Training Materials
7.1 Ownership and Use
- Intellectual Property: All training materials and intellectual property provided are the property of Green Intl.
- Permissible Use: Materials are for course-related and personal use only.
- Commitment: Green Intl will provide course materials as committed before enrollment. Additional materials may be provided at Green’s discretion and may incur extra charges.
