The FCCM course in Qatar by Green International is an intensive, knowledge-oriented 80-hour exam preparation workshop for professionals who work with international construction, engineering and infrastructure contracts. It combines practical contract administration skills with structured preparation for the FIDIC Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) assessment. Participants study the provisions and application of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction (Red Book), Plant & Design-Build (Yellow Book), and EPC/Turnkey Projects (Silver Book), each in their 1999 and 2017 editions, together with the FIDIC Golden Principles (2019). The FIDIC Procurement Procedures Guide, 1st edition (2011), is also included as a body-of-knowledge reference.
